The high school graduation exam is considered to be the most important event in a student’s life time after they complete 12 years in education.The number of examination sites this year stands at 2,273, with the number of examination rooms for test takers at a whopping 44,661.Students arrive early to an exam venue in the central province of Ha Tinh in order to prepare for the important graduation examinations.This year’s candidates are due to take three compulsory independent tests in mathematics, literature, and foreign languages, as well as one of two optional combined tests in natural sciences (physics, chemistry, biology) and social sciences (history, geography, and civic education).The results of these tests will be used in order to determine graduation and university admissions. The national workshop, due to take place on February 27, will bring together managers, scientists, and practitioners of culture and art who will examine the historical significance, great value, and influence of the Outline of Vietnamese Culture over the past 80 years. Delegates will propose solutions to effectively promote the value of the document for the purpose of cultural and human development in order to meet the country’s requirements for sustainable development. Both Party and State leaders, along with representatives of relevant ministries, agencies, and all 63 localities, will attend the workshop to be held both physically and virtually. Nhat Phong, a local tour guide, reported that he and a group of tourists had a remarkable encounter with a shark during a boat trip to the coral reefs along Bai Dua Beach. The shark sighting occurred on Thursday at 11:45 am. Phong revealed that the tourists initially spotted the shark’s large fin on the water surface, which got them all excited. They requested the captain to turn the boat around for a closer look. As they approached, they noticed the shark swimming slower and appearing friendly. Phong and the tour group managed to capture footage of the four-meter shark, marveling at its size and the white spots covering its body. Initially, they mistook it for a whale.
