Vietnam contestant finishes fourth at Miss Globe 2022

As well as securing the title, she was also awarded the Best National Costume sub-title thanks to her outfit inspired by the sea and pearls which aimed to popularize a message of efforts needed to overcome all challenges in life.

Ultimately, Anabel Payano of the Dominican Republic was crowned Miss Globe 2022. The other runner-up titles went to the contestants from the United Arab Emirates, Albania, and Thailand, respectively.

Hailing from Ba Ria – Vung Tau province, Lam Thu Hong, 27, stands at 1.73 metres tall, weighs 52kg, and measures 88-59-92. In 2018 she finished among the Top 5 of Miss Sea Vietnam Global.

She prepared over 40 outfits for Miss Globe 2022, however she faced troubles after her luggage was lost for seven days.

Miss Globe is one of the largest eight annual beauty pageants in the world. This year it attracted the participation of 53 contestants from across the globe.

The final round of the “Inno Vietnam – Japan Fast Track Pitch 2023” took place on November 3 in Hanoi. Foreign Investors Impresses With Vietnamese Start-ups The “Challenge Owners” at the final round are six entities in the innovation and tech sector from both Japan and Vietnam, namely VinFast , FPT Information System, MoMo (Vietnam), Becamex Tokyu Group, Money Forward, and Fujikin Group (Japan). Hanoi welcomes return of European Day of Languages

Run by the Council of Europe and organised annually by the European Union National Institutes of Culture, European Day of Languages offers people the chance to experience a multilingual environment whilst enjoying a day full of activities and prizes. Participating representatives will be given a platform to present their languages and countries. Visitors will have the opportunity to learn some words in Czech, Romanian, English, French, German, Italian, Polish, and Spanish, as well as getting an insight into the linguistic and cultural diversity of Europe.
